When Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties needed to expand their services, they turned to Fellenzer Engineering LLP to design their new center. The center, which relies heavily on donations and volunteers, needed the work to be both customized and cost-effective.
Fellenzer Engineering LLP worked closely with the Architect and the Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties to provide a comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical and Life Safety Design for the residents and staff of this very important care facility. The final design included a radiant floor heating systems, advanced power distribution and high efficient lighting, without sacrificing aesthetic qualities. The building was designed with the newest in fire and life safety devices, and is supported with an emergency power generator. For the patient’s rooms, new medical gas services and a modern nurse call system were designed, along with individual convenience toilet facilities. |
