Engineers Thomas Frisbie and Matthew Stiene at Fellenzer Engineering LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) in Middletown are now licensed professional engineers. Coupled with the experience required, they also successfully completed the two-part licensing exam.

Frisbie, who has worked at Fellenzer for six years with a total engineering experience of 14 years, has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Union College in Schenectady.
Stiene also has worked at Fellenzer for six years. He has a total engineering experience of seven years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam.
